Salary bracket of $80k-$100k negotiable based on required skills Penkenba location Monday to Thursday 6.00am-2.30pm and Friday 6.00am-12.00pm Production and Manufacturing experience a must The mission of the Warehouse Supervisor is to ensure the effective coordination of resources, equipment, meetings and information to successfully deliver business targets. This role coordinates efficient movement of materials to and from sub contractor fabrication and warehousing for the Brisbane site. The ideal candidate will focus on a goal of maintaining a safe work environment, delivering on efficient processes to meet customer and business DIFOT and inventory integrity. Specific Accountabilities: Daily management of site operation and their processes Coordinate all site receipting processes ensuring timely delivery of materials and services Monitor and report on the staff and department performances Review and maintain OHS documentation and activities Ensure goods are supplied to our clients requirements including quality control Arrange the transportation of goods to customers when required Co-ordinate and manage pick and pack activities Develop and maintain accurate inventory processes Be an active part and contribute to the safety committee Experience and Qualifications: Formal qualification in Logistic, Warehousing, Freight or distribution Forklift Licence Crane/Dogging license preferred but no essential Firm understanding of OH&S practices and reporting Proven experience in implementing effective and positive Safety Culture Effective communication skills Understanding of ERP systems (QAD highly regarded) Develop and maintain Site Maintenance Plan If you believe the meet the above criteria, please apply now or contact Hannah Limond at hlimondlpcommercial.com.au.
