Prestons NSW $40-45 ph OT (7am-3pm) Full time permanent Global Business Our client is part of a Global business that services the Oil, Mining, and Gas industries globally. They are looking for a driven and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join them in their Prestons Facility on a full-time permanent basis. You will be leading a small team of 3-4 with plans to grow the team up to 10 in the coming months. Responsibilities: Coordinating warehouse personnel in the completion of warehouse duties Assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks Processing inbound and outbound orders Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and customers Leading by example - the team is small but growing quickly Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse Operating machinery to assist with all daily warehouse operations Who we are looking for: Previous experience as a team leader or leading hand in a warehouse environment Forklift license (Order picker experience is advantageous) Strong knowledge of Microsoft SAP Working at heights ticket Friendly, collaborative and approachable An inherent safety and risk awareness is essential to operating in a medium-risk environment To be considered for this position you must have: Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency Forklift license Full working rights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Have a continuous improvement/forward-thinking mindset Appropriate warehouse qualifications At Industrious People, we advocate for the progression and equity of people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent, diverse cultural backgrounds, disabilities and gender identities.
