ABOUT THE PROJECT Growthbuilt's latest project is located within Anglicare’s St Lukes retirement living village in the Illawarra suburb of Dapto. These luxury brand-new residential aged care facilities offer a home to 111 residents in private rooms with ensuite bathrooms. As a Graduate Site Engineer you will assist the project team by acting as the liaison between the construction, design and administration elements. Working alongside an experienced Site Engineer, you will assist with the management of quality and provides technical construction support for all project stakeholders. Reporting to an experienced Project Manager, your day to day might look like: Participate in the development, implementation of ITPs Assisting in the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of project quality standards and procedures Identify issues with the project, drive the development and implementation of solutions Review subcontractor quality documentation and checklists to ensure compliance Review quality of subcontract works on site and communicate them with the project team Assist with ensuring design is completed to standard and on time to maintain program ABOUT YOU Degree qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management Minimum 1 years post-graduate experience in an engineering role within a tier 1-3 building environment Experience working on similar high-rise residential or mixed use projects Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisation skills Ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems THE PERKS Learn from an experienced Site Engineer Friendly and welcoming team See yourself as a future Project Engineer?
