Job Description The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage and maintain the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings of the hotel and ensure standards are met. Managing a small team you will be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance as well as contractor management. You will also lead the Hotel's environmental programs.
