Your role encompasses identifying and fulfilling the needs of external customers through various communication channels, including phone calls and digital platforms. Handling confidential enquiries from clients, representatives, and service providers promptly. Monitoring and responding to social media queries, managing inappropriate content effectively. Analysing and resolving issues, escalating when necessary, with a focus on high-risk enquiries. Compliance with legislation, organisational policies, and procedures. Recording information accurately in designated electronic systems. Participating in audits and continuous improvement activities. Generating new ideas to improve work practices and implementing positive changes. Building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, volunteers, and professionals. Providing accurate information, timely follow-ups, and managing stakeholder relations.
