What new member of the Pride are we looking for? With our continued growth and constant evolution, you will work on a multitude of initiatives to improve the capability of our entire Sales floor. Focus will be on how we best engage our customers and include, but not be limited to: new hire upskilling, training program creation and delivery, scripting and framework development, call listening and feedback, ongoing coaching on performance and how to manage pipelines, and performance reporting to identify strengths and areas to improve. Leading by example, setting the standard for excellence in sales through your own actions and achievements. Assisting with training and onboarding for new starters. Developing material for and conducting regular training sessions and workshops to impart valuable sales techniques, strategies and how best to manage work day-to-day workflow and build relationships with customers. Developing scripting, guides and frameworks to help team members to perform. Listening to calls and providing feedback to agents on how they can improve when engaging customers. Engaging in weekly one-on-one meetings with team members, offering personalised coaching and support to address individual challenges and opportunities across Sales skills and how to manage a book of customers effectively. Utilising a blend of data analysis, strategic planning, and on-the-ground sales know-how to guide Sales leaders on what is needed to improve. Fostering an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging everyone to exceed their sales targets and personal goals. Developing a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring person in the Sales team has the knowledge and motivation to succeed. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales coaching / management / team leading, ideally with a focus on coaching high-ticket sales teams. A proven track record of leading by example, achieving sales excellence, and elevating the performance of those around you. Exceptional ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals. Strong analytical skills, with the capability to drive decisions based on data and metrics. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with team members and stakeholders alike. A commitment to office work, with the discipline and management skills to thrive in a vibrant environment.
