Who we’re looking for: Urbex are seeking an energetic, sales professional with highly developed interpersonal skills to join our Townsville division. The successful applicant will be provided with training and development to effectively showcase the Urbex Townsville development portfolio. Learn and grow in an exciting and thriving industry, working a varied weekly routine with a high degree of flexibility. This role will suit individuals with experience in the tourism, travel or real-estate industries with a customer service focus. Reporting to General Manager Sales and Marketing, you will be based in Townsville. You will be responsible for the land sales function of one of the companies residential land estates in Townsville. The scope for this role includes liaison with the local builder community, valuers and financiers to coordinate packaged housing solutions and all facets of direct sales and local, national and international investment channel sales. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, contributing to market research, competitor and customer analysis. You will be provided with senior mentoring to enhance your potential as well as achieving the company’s business objectives. You will be part of a collaborative dynamic team environment working for a company who truly values their people and have a strong employee retention Please note that weekend work is essential for this role, with a Saturday – Wednesday standard work week.
