About the Opportunity We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Lifestyle Attendants to expand our team in Mount Gambier, based in along the Limestone Coast. The role will encompass providing personal care and domestic assistance across a seven-day roster . The successful candidate will have a willingness to travel between Mt Gambier, Port MacDonnell and Millicent. You will be part of a collaborative team, delivering individualised and flexible support to make a positive impact and enhance the quality of life for our customers. About You The successful applicant will show the following desired attributes: Able to show initiative and work successfully both in a team environment and autonomously. Demonstrate experience in supporting people with Intellectual disabilities and a sound knowledge of supporting people with challenging behaviours is essential. Passion, professionalism and integrity within their role. Flexibility to cover teammates when sickness or leave occurs. An interest or previous experience in behaviour supports would be desirable. Experience working with clients that require manual handling. A willingness to work with participants, families, and relevant professionals to support the participants goals. Experience with assisting with meal planning, preparation and cooking with customers.
