Oversee research and development for new season styles, staying abreast of trends and customer preferences. Manage the entire design process, from conception to final product, including market research and trend analysis. Supervise a team of three designers, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and annual reviews. Create accurate product sketches with detailed specifications. Collaborate closely with the Production Team to ensure top-quality samples and mass production. Engage with B2B partners, retail teams, and the community to gather feedback for product improvement. Ensure product and packaging designs align with brand strategy and Visual Brand Language. Collaborate with the Head of Creative to merge creativity with market trends for strategic growth. Travel regularly for inspiration trips, production visits, and partner engagements worldwide. Deliver innovative product ranges with excellent sell-through rates, aligned with brand and customer needs. Identify relevant design trends across products and packaging. Lead with creativity, ensuring original designs that align with brand strategy. Conduct market research to understand customer demands and design innovations. Collaborate on high-quality story, mood, and color boards with the Head of Creative. Lead the creation of accurate and detailed tech packs for products and packaging. Ideally, you'll have: Experience in team management. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of 3D render software is a plus. Proven ability to translate 2D concepts into 3D products. Comprehensive knowledge of local and overseas market trends and customer preferences, including trend forecasting.
