Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and procedures. Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and facility maintenance. Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. Client Relations and Sales Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and contract managers. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve targets and KPIs. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate company standards, goals, and expectations to team members. Liaise with management on operational issues, staffing needs, and performance metrics.
