Your new role Reporting into the Office Administration Manager, you will provide administration support to both Resourcers and Recruiters. You can expect tasks as follows: Reference checks Resume creation Compliance checks on expired licences, tickets etc Ensuring online time sheets are submitted Office cleaning duties Social Media management Preparing merchandise for events Stationery Orders Who are you? The recruitment industry is not for everyone. It is fast paced and no two days are the same. You may have your list ready for the day but that will change - you have to be able to adopt quickly. Multi tasking is an absolute must - this is not like any other multi tasking you have experienced, this is MULTI TASKING You will have some knowledge of Administration but if you have not done it within the recruitment industry that is good for us because you have a great teacher and support. It is really not the same as administration in an office environment - tasks are different and you will have to keep up. We want individuals that like variety and who have a personality. Our team are young and driven and we like to have fun. We have a great team culture and you need to fit in with that. You will be bubbly and easy to get along with and if something needs doneā€¦it needs to be done.
