They are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Oxenford, QLD. In this role you will be responsible for : Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members for the customer service area; Collaborate with other departments and stockists to ensure seamless communication and coordination in identifying and addressing customer needs and expectations; Develop, review and implement service standards, policies and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided; Ensure operational efficiency within the customer service area; Manage, motivate, and provide direction and performance reviews to customer service team members and develop programs for continuous improvement; Plan, administer and review customer and after-sales services to engage the customer, follow up on customer satisfaction and facilitate organic growth. To be considered for this position, you will need to have a level of skill commensurate with a Diploma or higher qualification and at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
