Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding position include: A commitment to building quality homes on time and to budget Coordinating and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers Responding to client queries within required timeframes Organising the inspection of completed work to ensure that it meets the required Australian and company standards The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new and evolving situations while showcasing your initiative, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes: Professional presentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Focussed, driven and motivated A positive energy with a 'can-do' attitude Problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent organisational and time management skills A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team Supervisory experience and three to five years of background experience within the building industry is preferred but not essential. Construction trade qualifications (or equivalent) will be viewed favourably.
