Enerven is excited to announce that we have been appointed by Fluence to design and construct a new grid scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for AGL Energy at its Liddell Power station. This is Enerven’s second battery project for AGL and comes less than 12 months after securing the Eraring Battery project for Origin Energy. At Enerven, we’re focussed on connecting you with tomorrow. We are now seeking to appoint an experienced site-based Construction Manager with a strong civil/electrical technical background . The Role: Based at Muswellbrook, our Construction Manager will report directly to the Program Director and will be responsible for driving the delivery and execution of this project including: Overseeing WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire worksite; Supervising overall work group performance, including productivity, finances, stakeholder engagement and compliance; Managing scoping, tendering, and programming for project requirements; Planning and coordinating allocated work within budget requirements; and Ensuring resource utilisation is cost-effective to meet budget needs. In addition to the above, you'll provide direct leadership and supervision for multiple employees and subcontractors and be the driving force behind our dedicated team delivering a large-scale project on time and to client requirements.
