The Role MACA Ltd has a newly created opportunity for a Legal Counsel based in our, conveniently located with modern facilities and fittings, West Perth office. Supporting operations across multiple divisions and with responsibility for projects covering Thiess West and MACA Global, there is some travel required.The focus of this position is on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial transactions, while managing risk, to obtain the best outcomes for the business.The successful candidate will have completed a tertiary degree in law, a practicing certificate and jurisdiction to work in Australia, as well demonstrating 3 years' experience in either private practice or an in-house legal department with a focus or strong exposure to civil construction or mining services required.You will have the ability to analyse complex legal and regulatory material, communicate the implications in clear and straightforward language, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
