The opportunity: As the Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of rail-related projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the Australian rail industry. The role is based at our Sydney CBD location and we also welcome a hybrid flexible working model. Provide assistance in rail engineering and project management to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Contribute to project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines. Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project proposals. Assist with risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. We value your unique strengths, your willingness to learn, and your aspiration to achieve success. 2 years' experience in infrastructure construction projects in quality management / construction supervision of on-site activities. Familiar with construction documentation and processes including Design Documentation, ITP's, ITR's, RFI's, NCR's, Defect Management, etc. Experience in rail major projects, ideally in a consulting or engineering role.
