About the Role Ensure customers feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated by consistently adding that extra touch to every aspect of their experience. Respond promptly, knowledgeably, and in a friendly manner to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints. Assist customers with technical inquiries or escalate as needed. Help customers find solutions across various areas by familiarizing yourself with relevant departments, including those involving analysis and specialized knowledge. Enter key sales orders into the system. Provide pricing, availability, and quotations via phone, fax, and email. Inform customers about back orders and estimated due dates. Support with credit, warranty inquiries, and guide customers through resolutions. Document actions taken using CRM/pronto systems. Aid in collecting, organizing, and processing returns, replacements, credits, and warranty claims. Additionally, the Customer Service Officer should grasp the workings of business supply chains and operations. Qualifications and Experience: At least two 2 years of experience in a similar role involving customer interaction, pump products, and team collaboration. What's on offer?
