The Perks Up to $90k package bonuses Highly successful residential agency in the Eastern Suburbs Top performing team and fantastic brand Catapult your real estate career Huge scope for progression Work closely with a high-volume and top-performing agents The Position In the role of Sales Administration/ EA, your key responsibilities will include: Provide admin and marketing support to the team through listing, marketing and exchange processes Managing appraisal to list processes and sales to settlement processes Create sales pre-list kits, listing presentation property proposals, marketing quotes and auction calendars for agents Prepare sales agency agreements for vendor and agent to sign via Docusign Prepare marketing campaigns for all properties and ensure all advertising deadlines are met Coordinate agent attendance for photography, floor plan, copywriting, virtual tours/ photo montages, and stylists for each property Coordinate and attend pest and building inspections, valuations and trade appointments Upload and manage all sales properties onto the internet using CRM (agent box) Monitor and maintain all listing on belleproperty.com and realestate.com.au The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Leasing Consultant will have: Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or working towards obtaining one) Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Extremely accurate attention to detail Highly organised and able to multi-task under pressure Immaculate personal presentation First-class computer skills Apply in Strict Confidence Submit your CV by hitting APPLY NOW or contact: Caroline Stark Email - carolinep3recruitment.com.au Mobile - 0412 386 631
