We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join the Rinnai team at our NSW Warehouse located in Wetherill Park. About the role: Overall accountability for the Rinnai NSW Warehouse function Providing leadership and guidance to our team of Warehouse/Stores employees Ensuring that Rinnai's high standards of customer service and product fulfillment is maintained Taking a proactive role in driving Work Health Safety (WHS) standards and requirements Administration tasks related to warehousing and despatch coordination Preparation of orders from picking slips R/F scanning and forklift operation Picking and packing of goods for delivery Unloading, receipting and warehousing of all inward goods Drive stocktaking requirements and provision of relevant reporting Play an active role in identifying continuous improvement and change initiatives About you: Your hands on style as a manager will see you actively assist the team with all warehouse related duties i.e unloading containers, fork lift work and the pick and pack of orders You will have sound experience in leading and managing a small team (approx. 7), including performance management, setting KPI's and day to day workflow management Solid experience in the overall management of large warehouse spaces (minimum 10,000sqm) We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Management professional who has a hands-on approach, understands safety, has a high attention to detail, is team oriented and able to get the best out of people.
