About the role: As a Retail Supervisor, you will provide support to the store senior leadership team and act as a continual support to a designated department in Bunnings, overseeing workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
