Handling high volume customer inquiries and resolving any issues via phone and email daily Handle customer data and information with confidentiality Maintain accurate records and database accurately Collaborating with other departments within the organisation to address customer needs effectively Process warranty orders, credits, invoices and quotations Cultivating positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and professionalism Skills and Requirements Background experience in Manufacturing or warehousing Minimum 5 years’ customer service experience Strong communication skills both verbal and written Excellent conflict management and resolution skills Proficient in MS Office especially Vlookup in excel Experience in using Pronto software is desirable Ability to work successfully in a high volume workload Customer centric approach and strong attention to detail Positive attitude and strong committment to work If this position sounds like you then hit APPLY now, alternatively email Shareen Kumar on skumarfuserecruitment.com with your resume.
