What you'll be doing Your role as a Retail Trainer sits within the Retail Training team, who are responsible for creating and delivering learning solutions about our products and best practice sales training. Reporting to the Head of Retail Training, based in Australia, you will partner with a wide range of senior stakeholders on multiple learning projects that span digital, face-to-face, and informal mediums. Although this is a full-time role based primarily in our Auckland Support Centre, your main audience will be Freedom stores around New Zealand, so you'll be travelling to meet our teams around the country on a regular basis. You will also be working closely with our Australian store teams delivering training both face to face and online as required. Key responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging and inspiring workshops both face to face and digitally across Australia and NZ to all sales teams. Creating, managing, and posting informal learning content on Freedom's in-house communication platforms. Evaluating and updating existing learning content to ensure its accuracy and relevance as Freedom evolves. Regular travel both within New Zealand and to the East Coast of Australia facilitating training and working with our leaders in their stores. Who you are Experienced and confident facilitator both face to face or online via Zoom/Teams. Passionate about people, your high energy and charisma captivates and influences your audience. You thrive working in a fast paced, agile environment, developing our people Ideally you will have experience coaching and developing leaders to implement and embed learning in their stores. Self-motivated and can work independently.
