Working in a dynamic sales representative/agent team will report directly to the Regional Manager. This role will involve Territory Coverage, including servicing existing clients and building new businesses. As part of the team, you'll receive ongoing training, a laptop, an extensive portfolio, and $1K business setup support to help you excel in your role. Description As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the current client base while proactively seeking new business opportunities in your designated territory. To succeed, you must possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. You'll be expected to provide exceptional service and add value to clients' businesses by offering advice, marketing support, and educating them on current trends to increase traffic to their business. This role also requires conducting development meetings with clients to identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets. Profile The ideal candidate for the Sales Representative role will have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively. Collaboration is vital, and the candidate should be able to work well with the team. Previous experience managing a territory is preferred, demonstrating the ability to take ownership and drive results. A background in haircare is highly regarded, and sales experience would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should possess a can-do attitude, be eager to take on challenges and be open to constructive feedback. Strong customer service background. Preferably, previous experience in retail hair products. (not a necessity) Proven track record of excelling in sales targets and KPIs. Exceptional business development skills and can build rapport with clients. Skilled in executing business plans and coaching. Flexibility to work with different personalities and priorities.
