WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU 3-5 years of estimating experience, using Cubit or similar software 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally with new builds, renovations, and D&C projects Background in project management/engineering or a trade with site-based knowledge Ability to prepare and submit top-notch tenders to clients Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Projects, Word, Excel) Capability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing deadlines Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation Understanding of construction accounting and project management software (BuilderTrend or similar) Australian residency for work eligibility WHAT WE OFFER Be a Part of Something Big: Join a team that’s not just building structures, but shaping communities.
