The role requires someone who is flexible, resilient, positive and energetic as we work in a 7-day a week operating environment. Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 6.30am - 8pm Saturday 8am - 5pm Sunday 8am - 2pm The Role This role would suit someone who wants the flexibility but also wants to enjoy a food and beverage service career. In this role you will be busy taking and preparing orders which includes making juices, preparing toasties and when you're trained and confident - you will be making our members their coffee This role can either be part-time or casual to suit your needs and the hours of operation will be shared amongst the team of café attendants. The days and shifts will be worked out when the successful incumbents are selected. Areas of Responsibility Supporting the Cafe Supervisor and Food & Beverage attendants; Cleaning of Cafe area including clearing tables and assisting with functions; Cash Handling; Providing outstanding customer service; and Being a true Next Gen brand ambassador About You Extensive experience in all aspects of food & beverage MUST have Barista experience Demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Understanding of work health and safety standards MUST have an RSA certificate MUST have or be willing to acquire a WWCC Key Skills Highly organised and methodical; Ability to prioritise tasks on the run; Must have experience and be a qualified Barista; Effective interpersonal communication skills is a must; and Ability to build a rapport with members.
