Do you have a love for caravans, four-wheel drive accessories, and vehicle accessory fitment? As our Retail Parts/ARB Sales Consultant, you'll be the superhero for all things caravan replacement parts & accessories. You'll manage retail and trade sales enquiries in our showroom, by phone, and email, and prepare ARB sales orders, quotes, and schedule supply and installation for accessories such as tow bars, bull bars, driving lights, UHF, 4WD accessories, RV accessories, airbags, and suspension. How cool is that? (Hint: Very cool). We're looking for someone with demonstrated retail experience, ideally in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for 4WDs. A mechanical and/or RV background is preferred, but not essential. You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be open and receptive to change and continuous improvement, and have excellent organisational skills. (In other words, we're looking for a unicorn, but we're willing to settle for a horse with a party hat).
