Reliability Engineer Full time permanent position Day shift, Mon- Fri Must be PR or Citizen Role Our client, a leading FMCG Manufacturer, is looking to hire a Reliability engineer to join their growing Engineering team. In this role you will maximize value creation and overall business performance through, effective management of the site engineering projects, capital, and process improvements Responsibilities Lead the identification and systematic releasing of process bottlenecks which limit overall plant capacity Lead the identification and engineering of plant and equipment changes necessary to achieve enhanced product quality Support the business strategic agenda through technology enhancement and new product implementation Operational improvement through the evaluation and appropriate implementation via automation, process control, documentation, FMEA, preventive maintenance and current industry standards Identification and engineering of plant and equipment changes necessary to achieve enhanced product quality Experience Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering 5 years of experience in an Engineering / Maintenance environment Some experience in FMCG desirable Excellent troubleshooting skills, initiative and ability to work autonomously Excellent communication and multitasking skills If you have the experience outlined above and are interested in this role or similar, please APPLY NOW or call Aisling Kidney on 0468875322
