The Graduate School of Medicine (GSM) is seeking an experienced administrator and communicator, to provide high quality and efficient on-campus administration support to learning and teaching and operational activities of the four-year graduate entry Doctor of Medicine (MD) program. To be successful you will have previous experience in an administrative role, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and a capacity to forward plan in a busy environment. Your experience in planning events and workshops is essential as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and a knowledge of medical terminology will be highly regarded.You will be prompted to respond to a selection criteria questionnaire as part of the application process.
