In this role, you will play a vital role in developing creative solutions for our clients, from initial concept to final production. What you'll be doing: Collaborate with the Creative Director/Design Directors to translate client briefs into stunning visual designs. Develop innovative branding solutions that meet client objectives and elevate their brand identity. Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for a variety of marketing materials, including packaging design. Manage photo shoots, working with photographers, stylists, and retouchers to achieve the desired visual outcome. Liaise effectively with account managers and production teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. Continuously learn and expand your design skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and techniques. What you bring to the table: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphic design agency environment. A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design expertise, and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat). Excellent knowledge of pre-press, printing techniques, and stock selections. The ability to freehand illustrate and develop concepts from ideation to final execution. A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills. A passion for design, a commercial focus, and a willingness to learn and grow. Bonus points if you have: Experience in packaging design. An eye for typography and a knack for creating visually appealing layouts. A creative and adaptable approach to design challenges.
