The Serious Stuff: Must have prior experience as a second-in-command (2iC), overseeing a warehouse facility and managing a team of 10-15 individuals. Experience in effectively managing performance and KPI's Excellent commitment to safety, environmental, and quality standards Ability to interpret a profit and loss statement 5 years experience operating in a busy warehouse and logistics environment Must have a forklift licence and experience using a forklift (essential) High Reach experience (advantageous) HACCP Knowledge & working in a frozen/cold environment (advantageous) Comfortable with technology and applications Supply a copy of a National Police check & able to pass an alcohol or drug test (for more information, read our policy here ) Physically fit and able to stand, repetitively lift more than 15 kg consistently and 20 kg occasionally.
