One of the drivers “Thriving place to Study and Work” will enable us to continue to create places that our students and staff love to belong and feel immense pride.About the Role:This position will provide high-level support to the International Scholarships Coordinator in the coordination of relationship management, contractual, financial and administrative arrangements for scholarships. An example of duties you may perform will include:Coordinating and actioning day-to-day activities and resources for assigned Scholarships cohorts to ensure that business objectives are met within budget, and, in accordance with set procedure. Maintaining and updating student information on relevant databases both internally and externally through regular monitoring.Providing advice to Faculties (Higher Education and Vocational Education) and assisting them in making decisions relating to the development and implementation of strategies to increase the number of externally funded scholarship students enrolled at VU.This is a continuing full-time position at a HEP 6 classification, with a salary range of $85,667 - $92,728 plus 17% superannuation contribution, 36.75 hours per week.About You:The Senior International Scholarships Officer works proactively in a small, busy team within tight timeframesThe successful applicant willBe degree-qualified in a relevant discipline or have significant previous administrative experience in a related fieldPossess excellent teamwork and organisational skills.
