As a Designer, you will collaborate closely with the design team, you'll spearhead the strategic oversight of all product lifecycle stages, from initial design concepts to production. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualise and develop ready-to-wear collections that reflect the luxury client's brand identity and aesthetic vision. Research and analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging fashion influences to inform design decisions. Create sketches, mood boards, and tech packs to communicate design concepts effectively and ensure accurate execution. Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to translate designs into finished garments with impeccable fit and quality. Uphold the client's standards of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and brand integrity throughout the design process. About You: Minimum 2 years experience in a design & production capacity. Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or relevant field. Proven experience using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Intermediate skills in Microsoft, specifically Excel. A creative and collaborative approach to design. An understanding of design from a technical perspective Proven experience in creating high-quality hand-sketches, CADs and tech packs.
