Reputable and well-established consumer company | Sales/Account management | lead a small team | salary up to $150ksuperbonus | 2 days WFH Position Summary: The Sales Manager for the Coles/WWS Business will report to the National Business Manager and be responsible for managing selected categories within the Coles/WWS business. The role involves building long-term relationships with key customers, focusing on achieving sales and profit objectives in line with company goals and delivering on KPIs. Responsibilities: Strategic Objectives: Achieve strategic objectives with trade partners, including net revenue, trade spend, gross margin, scan market share, and product & placement share. Manage and develop the Coles/WWS Business to ensure continued growth through effective sales strategies and spending management. Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong and lasting business partnerships with key customers. Manage the P&L within the assigned brand responsibility. Execute customer promotional programs and negotiate promotions internally. Sales and Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and portray product success. Introduce and maintain products in the market, ensuring a competitive edge. Operational Excellence: Manage in-store activities through third-party merchandisers, specifically Strikeforce. Prepare presentations for regular reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in category management. Account Efficiency and Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency, profitability, and overall improvement in the management of categories. Proactively work towards continuous improvement in account management. About You: Exposure to account management in the Grocery sector. Exceptional relationship development skills, with the ability to build strong rapport. Strong negotiation and selling skills. Analytical skills with the ability to develop measurable strategies. Strong Excel skills are essential. Commercial understanding of business issues and opportunities. Highly motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
