The team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contract Administrator/Contracts Manager to work onsome of the iconic Rail and Aviation projects. We are looking for someone with a wide range of experience to work across a variety of different programs, from feasibility to delivery, and some great soft skills to collaborate with our clients. We work on projects and programs of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programs, from planning the future development across Infrastructure projects to site based construction of individual projects, while helping the largest companies in the world. We cover everything from project and program establishment, strategic advice, planning & managing projects, tracking & monitoring progress and providing commercial, schedule, risk and cost advice. In a Senior Contract Administrator/Contracts Manager role, you will have knowledge in: Working as part of a team and integrating with other project teams, commercial managers, contract administrators, technical advisors, clients, contractors and sub-contractors Monitoring, analysing, reporting and providing advice on commercial matters. Providing insight and advice on commercial and contract arrangements, financial forecasting, payments, contract management & controls, change management cashflow analysis and claims management. Strong understanding and experience with the Alliance contract model required. Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages. Provide and drive the direction of the strategic, operational and technical diagnosis of the client needs. Support client’s organisation and senior management in improving their capacity to develop and deliver major projects and programs efficiently and effectively. Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, cost management, engineering or project management. Contracts/Commercial Management experience preferably gained within the construction environment (rail, water, power, and utilities preferred). A strong and demonstrable experience in providing procurement and contract administration advice and an ability to manage and report directly into the client and their key stakeholder group at both project and program level. Strong understanding and experience with the Alliance contract model required. Experienced in working within a Client focused consultancy environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels Excellent verbal and written English with excellent report writing skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask. Strong time management skills, quick thinking and resilience to deal with a fast paced environment.
