australia sydney contract au$650 - au$800 per day Our client is a community focused Federal Government Agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for an AdaptiveWork/Clarizen Administrator to join their team. This role falls into the broader category of a Systems Administrator at an intermediate to senior level, with additional duties of rolling out the tool and performing configuration. This contract is for 12 months initially. The client offers a 7.5-hour day capped at 230 working days thus this is a good long-term package. The role is based in Surry Hills, Sydney. Duties: Provide hands on AdaptiveWork/Clarizen services and administrative support to the Platforms Digital Scheme branch, OCIO division as well other divisions. Be the first point of contact for AdaptiveWork/Clarizen and support the resolution of users’ issues. Manage and resolve issue tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high standard of service. Manage AdaptiveWork/Clarizen access & licenses: add and remove users, create users’ profile and groups. Assist project managers and directors with utilising AdaptiveWork/Clarizen for their schedule, risks and issues, reports, resource allocation. Construct dashboards with accurate reports & perform regular maintenance. Perform configuration tasks to uplift tool performance and its development to match client requirements. Comply with security measures and standards relevant to AdaptiveWork/Clarizen administration, to ensure data integrity. Uplift users’ skills & contribute to the creation of training materials & training sessions. Provide industry best practice recommendations on how to uplift future use of AdaptiveWork/Clarizen for the client Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AdaptiveWork/Clarizen with other systems & tools as seamless data flow and enhanced functionality. Essential criteria Demonstrate expertise in navigating and utilising AdaptiveWork/Clarizen, showcasing a deep understanding of its features and functionalities. Proven ability to administer and configure AdaptiveWork/Clarizen settings, workflows, and user permissions to optimise the platform. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to address issues, optimise processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of AdaptiveWork/Clarizen for all users. Effective communication to liaise between technical and non-technical users, conveying complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued learning and development. Desirable criteria Demonstrate experience in projects, PMO or business administration. Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft and Confluence & Jira. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
