The opportunity: Join us in the important role of Administration Specialist - Wellbeing and Workers Compensation. Where you will provide support from our Gold Coast or Melbourne Depots to deliver optimum performance to the national Health, Wellbeing and Workers Compensation team. You’ll be involved in: Co-ordinating meetings, maintaining information files, maintaining databases, coordination of activities, collating information and responding to queries. Communicate with internal teams and externally engaged businesses, providing information by telephone, written form, email or in-person. Process accounts including reimbursements, source quotes, liaise with agencies to ensure prompt processing of reimbursements. Advising payroll of workers compensation entitlements Lodgement and administrative support of workers compensation claims. Support the implementation of national wellbeing initiatives. Collate information for the development and completion of reporting. Work collaboratively with the broader HSEQ team to improve health, wellbeing and injury management of the Kinetic workforce. The boxes you'll tick: Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support, a high level of written and oral communications skills, and high attention to detail. Experience in payroll administration is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, organisational ability and time management Self motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and positive approach to a changing work environment Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft Suite as well as the ability to learn in-house software packages.
