Small Systems Integrator | Sydney | IT Sales Team | Vendor & Channel Management | Hands On Jack-of-all-Trades role | Bonus paid on team performance You will be working for a small, award winning IT business solutions company that has been established since 1999, with offices in Sydney CBD that offers systems integration and IT services for SMB, SME and Enterprise clients as well as Government departments. The company prides itself in offering quality IT skills and service provision and has consistently offered professional expertise, contract managed support services and has built long term client relationships. You will be an experienced Sales Manager with expertise gained in a Systems Integration, Reseller or Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment, managing a small team of Reps and CSRs, who wants to make their mark in a new culture with a company that offers a range of IT services and solutions, some of which are unique. You will be a Jack-of-all-Trades, happy to be involved with sales, managing a small team, dealing with all sales activity for clients, vendors and channel partners. It is important that you understand how IT solutions are put together in a Systems Integration environment. The company creates and sells IT solutions to large SME or Enterprise corporate clients or Government departments. Who we are looking for: An experienced Sales Manager or Team Lead who understands the Systems Integration environment and culture Someone with a Jack-of-all-Trades mentality who is hands on and happy working in a 360-degree sales cycle Used to working in a small company with lots of fingers in lots of pies A solid understanding of the relationship between clients, vendors and channel partners Proven experience motivating, training and managing a small team of IT sales reps and CSRs Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to create client and vendor presentations CRM management Pipeline forecasting Used to earning bonuses based on the sales your team makes This role will not suit you if you are coming from a large company and used to having a team around you to undertake various tasks. This is a hands on role in a small company that does not have big teams to undertake various tasks, you need to have the discipline and motivation to get things done yourself to make your team productive.
