Key aspects of this role will include, but not be limited to: Maintain the HR Information System and ensure efficient, timely and accurate data entry and integrity. Effectively manage emails through the HR Case Management System in accordance with the SLAs. Process high volumes of employee data change requests whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist with reviewing job requisitions, posting job ads and preparing offer letters. Ensure new candidates complete onboarding tasks and following up when needed. Maintain excellent employee records and documentation. Liaise with Hiring Managers, Payroll and the broader P&C Team, when needed.
