No. 31406 We currently have a vacancy for an Engineer Mechanical Reliability to work with our Asset Management department within the Surface Engineering team. This team works over four major processing facilities; the Copper Concentrator, the Lead Zinc Concentrator, the Lead Smelter and the Copper Smelter. Your key responsibilities include: Optimising reliability, eliminating losses, maximising utilisation and asset life in a safe and cost effective manner, Supporting implementation of the Glencore Asset Management Framework, Identification of critical risk areas and supporting Capital Expenditure Budget planning process, Review, develop and align maintenance strategies, Providing technical support to operating and maintenance departments, Mentoring of graduate engineers within the Asset Management team, Work with production, maintenance and other stakeholders to identify and develop engineering solutions to reduce repetitive failures and issues that adversely affect plant operations.
