Your Opportunity As a Portfolio Administration Manager you will provide outstanding and consistent support to assets across the portfolio through the management of accurate lease related information and high-quality data input in all systems and deliver exceptionally memorable and rewarding experiences to our customer. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building collaborative relationships with asset teams, delivering a consistent service and attending meetings as required; Responsible for accurate data input of all lease related information and collation of associated documentation; Achieving 100% accuracy of each asset's Tenancy Schedule; Achieving > 95% data accuracy in Salesforce. Performing monthly rent up and invoicing responsibilities for the assets; Completing all lease outgoing adjustments/estimates and rent reviews for the assets in accordance with lease requirements and relevant state legislation; Conducting lease audits; Production of lease related correspondence to retailers/operators and distribution to the asset teams where required. Assisting the asset teams with Capex related processes; Raising work and purchase orders for the assets; Matching supplier invoices for review, approval and payment for the assets; Where required, assisting with daily receipting and debt collection for the assets; Assisting with month-end procedures in accordance with the finance timetable; Driving improvements and maximising efficiency of administration related procedures; Working collaboratively with national teams to deliver Retail divisional initiatives, and contributing to the implementation of the Retail strategy; Adhering to Mirvac policies and procedures and internal reporting deadlines and providing accurate and high-quality outputs, and quick responses to requests for information about the assets; Assisting with any projects, or undertaking additional duties as reasonably required. Your point of difference You will have relevant tertiary qualifications, previous experience in a similar role and demonstrated account reconciliation and administration skills You will have a high level of IT proficiency and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and the legal obligations of the asset. Finally, you will be proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, have exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in relation to asset information.
