THIS IS A 12-MONTH FIXED-TERM, FULL-TIME POSITION (WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION OR PERMANENCY) THIS POSITION IS BASED IN KENSINGTON APPLICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION CLOSE AT MIDDAY ON THURSDAY, 21 MARCH 2024 Manages and coordinates the administration function and provides financial management support for the Environmental Management Branch. Undertakes research projects for the Branch Manager. Selection Criteria Applicants should address the following four (4) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than three (3) pages in total. Well-developed experience in financial management, budgeting preparation and processing of accounts, with knowledge of financial management (preferably Oracle Financial Management system). Well-developed experience in office management and the provision of administrative support to staff including records management. Well-developed experience in the use of personal computers and software packages, including Microsoft Excel software. Proven research, analytical and problem-solving ability. Note: The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current (issue date not older than 6 months) and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.
