About the role: An exciting, ongoing opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as our Health Programs Administrator Within this role, you will work collaboratively with the Senior Administrator and leadership team to provide a range of administration support and coordination including course enquiries, financial administration, general office-administration and student assistance. You will be liaising with students, teachers, and employers regarding absences, lateness and timetable changes, organising appointments with students as required. As the Administrator, you will be providing quality customer service to support students through their student journey by ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. You will be supporting in a range of business processes and activities including compliance with audits and quality, implementing improvements in work methods and policy and procedures. At times, you will have the opportunity to attend to front of house duties and coordinate faculty events eg; career days, open days and information sessions. This opportunity is ongoing and salary is PACCT 4 $62,687.00 per annum (exclusive of superannuation). About You: Demonstrated experience in a similar administration role and high level customer service experience Relevant qualification in Business or Office Administration (desirable) Demonstrated experience in supporting a range of administrative services to a high standard. Experience in administration of educational delivery and / or professional services is an advantage Ability to prepare written communication including letters and emails; demonstrating grammatically correct language Understands and experience in computer systems eg Office products.
