About the Team Business Administration Support Services (BASS) provides a mechanism to support various work units within the Mackay Hospital and Health Service with appropriately skilled administration staff to backfill administration positions to meet service delivery needs. The vast majority of the roles for which BASS provides support are patient-facing roles and will involve interaction with patients.
