You understand the importance of first impressions and receive satisfaction from delivering memorable customer experiences in person and when answering calls. In addition, you will provide administration and office support to the team. You are outgoing, friendly, helpful, and exceptional at delivering memorable customer service experiences Experienced at managing reception/front desk Enjoy working on your own and in a team, as you will often be the only person at the reception desk Have a calm and solutions focused approach to solving customer queries and resolving potential conflict Fluent verbal and written English language skills Patience and sensitivity when dealing with cultural differences Ability to use initiative, pro-activity and decision making in line with the role Ensure facilities meet regulatory requirements, contractual requirements and are spaces where people enjoy themselves Handle face to face, email, and call enquiries from students Provide general administration and project support; including (but not limited to) data entry Please note: This is a full time opportunity and will require availability from Monday - Friday If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you To apply, please click on the button below and attach your resume and cover letter that has you stand out as the candidate we must meet.
