Your next opportunity As the Sales and Operation Planner (S&OP Planner) you will lead the sales and operations planning process for our QLD Concrete and Quarries business. Reporting to the Finance Manager for Concrete and Quarries, you will have a demand focus and will assist with improving decision making and the efficiency of our supply chain planning to in turn drive future production. Your day will involve: Manage and extract big data regarding customer sales in volume terms for analysis and visualisation Collect and validate sales forecast information from sales and commercial teams Lead monthly demand forecast reviews presenting forecasts for internal and external customers, comparing with budget and historical trends Engage stakeholder build relationships across internal teams to source data and information required Deliver data-driven decision-making support and ensure the business is updated on market information regarding large infrastructure projects to assist with demand planning Identify and implement value adding opportunities within S & OP processes What are we looking for? Demonstrated S&OP experience, ideally with prior exposure to partnering at senior levels. Bachelor degree (or higher) in Commerce, Business, Finance, or similar. Proven experience within Logistics or supply chain operations in large and complex industrial or manufacturing businesses. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to import data sets, run analyses and display results using charts and graph, and data visualisation skills with Tableau or similar Strong presentation skills with clear and effective verbal and written communication ability What's on offer?
