In this key leadership role, you will be instrumental in providing a clear vision, coaching, mentoring and bringing out the very best in your people. You will formulate and implement plans and strategies to ensure SCA is the perceived as the number one media advertiser in market. This is the perfect role for an ambitious and inspiring people leader who a proven sales track record who is looking for a new challenge Experience we’re looking for: Experience leading a diverse and high-performing sales team. Commercial success delivering sales strategy, within a B2B setting. Commitment, resilient and confidence, paired with excellent communication skills, (you know how to captivate your audience. Experience building relationships with local businesses and has a passion for your community. A creative flair and the ability to think outside the box to create innovative solutions. An unrestricted driver’s license and a strong local knowledge of the Central Coast region.
