We are currently seeking an experienced OpenRoads Designer to join our AECOM Civil Infrastructure Digital Team in Perth. As a Principal Technical Officer, you will provide leadership to technical staff on complex, large scale projects that deliver high standard outcomes for AECOM clients. To be successful in this role, candidates will have leadership experience in running the design component of projects, the ability to guide teams through the design of technically sound models in a timely and efficient manner which ultimately improves the service offered to clients. Strong data management skills along with effective communication skills are essential as is the management of project staff. What will a day in this role look like: Lead project teams in technical development, customisation of Open Roads Production of OpenRoads road design models to appropriate standards and presentation Training and mentoring team members Development and maintenance of relationships with external parties to ensure maximum benefit is achieved for AECOM from these relationships. What are we looking for from you?
