Sales Consultant - Automotive — West Melbourne, Melbourne

As a sales driving master, you'll need to be a proactive sales generator, constantly exploring new channels and refining existing tactics. We are looking for a Site Sales Consultant to join our Derrimut team on an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend. Identify and deliver on sales opportunities Manage activities that will deliver increased sales to site Develop new businesses and/or product lines Ensure they meet KPI's and demonstrate performance with regular progress reports to the Site Manager Have sound knowledge of Motorserve’s suite of product offerings Be accountable for site sales reporting Improve site customer satisfaction scores Manage activities that will deliver increased sales to the site through generating customer sales opportunities Requirements: Essential Extensive experience in a customer service environment Business/commercial acumen combined with highly developed business sales skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills A strategic thinker, with high level sales and communication skills A team player with a can-do attitude and helps to create an effective working environment Must be able to carry 20kg Desirable Motor vehicle or car dealership industry experience Networking skills, to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships Highly ethical and alignment with Motorserve values Strong service, quality, and best practice orientation Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver superior outcomes Join us for a career with Motorserve If you love cars as much as we do, supercharge your automotive career by joining the team at Motorserve.
