What this job involves: We’ve got an exciting Administration Assistant role based at a shopping centre in Smithfield In this varied and busy role, you’ll oversee the administrative functions to enable a smooth and successful operation of the centre. A snapshot of the role: Accounts receivable and accounts payable Cash reconciliation Collection of sales figures by retailers and ensuring it is entered into the system on a monthly basis Ad hoc duties as requested by Administration Manager and Centre Manager Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for: To be successful, you’ll be a confident self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills, and a track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business You’ll be a collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem solving and can prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
