Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our client's team as they open their new store. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for luxury watches, and a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and achieving KPIs. Responsibilities: Drive sales performance through proactive client engagement, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques. Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique to showcase products in the most compelling way. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and exceeding their expectations. Provide personalised recommendations and assistance in the selection process Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the showroom Contribute to achieving sales targets and building customer loyalty About You: Previous retail and sales experience- luxury experience preferred but not essential. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Well-presented and groomed, eloquent and articulate. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Passion for luxury watches and a keen eye for detail. Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
